You can submit non-urgent requests on PATCHS between 8am and 6:30pm Mon-Fri. This includes routine appointments, medication queries, and admin tasks — please use the ‘admin query’ option for these. PATCHS is available for non-urgent requests between 8am and 6:30pm Mon-Fri.
PATCHS is not available for URGENT requests.
Once a PATCHs is submitted you will receive a text message acknowledgement from the Practice that your request will be actioned by the Practice within three working days.
